Just Fun!” But in the fine print, they admit that the program includes "Deep linking technology allows for precise market targeting" an...d a "Real time, web based tracking system." So beware of emails with headlines like Free Halloween E-cards, Halloween E-card - no cost, and Spooktacular e-greetings – No Cost. Our advice: Don’t open the door for this Trick or Treater.
